As a YoPo Business, you’ll learn the roles of a UX Designer and a Product Owner, grow as a manager and face a series of different challenges. The program is a real roller coaster and we’ll make sure you’ll enjoy the ride. As part of the Movify Family, we’ll guide you while leaving plenty of room for initiative and personal development.
Boost your skills thanks to on-the-job trainings and tailored courses. You’ll also attend meetups and conferences, in Belgium and even abroad! You get it, continuous learning is part of our DNA. But above all, we love to share our knowledge. Your fellow Movifyers will always be there to support you, on the job or remotely. Continuous mentorship and coaching are therefore part of the journey.
Starting the program, you’ll be directly on the field and get responsibilities from day one. You’ll be rotating in a couple of leading companies while being coached by peer designers, business managers, scrum masters, product owners… You name it! In the last stage, we’ll help you build your own business unit and ensure its prosperity. Besides, entrepreneurial initiatives are always welcomed!
